Hi, I'm Kate.

I'm not your average photographer. I roll on the floor, make obnoxious noises, and swear a little too much. All in the name of the best pictures. The first two things are to make kids laugh at me, the second for adults. Just please don't confuse the two. I LOVE my job. I relish in the fact that most kids like me and seem to have fun when I'm around. I love to find clients that relax and live in the moment allowing me to capture it. I like to think outside the box and not do what everyone else is doing. I find joy in the small things in life and hope to photograph your joy. I'm the photographer that follows you to find pumpkins at the patch, pick the perfect holiday tree, and chase your kids on the beach all while juggling my camera in hand. It's what I do. If you are looking for a photographer that is full of fun and makes you laugh the whole session, both at me and at yourselves, we are the perfect fit. I'm looking to book sessions for 2012 and weddings for 2013. Email or call me and we can talk business or pleasure, but lets get something on the books so you have some great photos to hang on those walls that have been bare a little too long.
xoxo

When searching for the perfect photographer for your special day, event or family photos please ask yourself would you...
1. Ask a plumber to put out your fire?
2. Ask a high school drop out to be your tutor?
3. Have a dog sitter babysit your child?
4.  Allow a blind man to drive truck for a living?
5. Get your hair styled by a hot mess of a stylist?
6. Pay an overweight trainer to get you into shape?
7. Entrust an eye surgeon to operate on your kidney?
And last but not least....
8. Invite Nicki Minaj to be a keynote speaker at your youth group convention?

If you have answered yes to any of these questions maybe you should ask a writer to take your photos instead of me. A degree matters. If it didn't, why would I waste my time and money on becoming a professional photographer while so many out there aren't. Sometimes it takes more than just an interest. Its hard work with lots of technical ability, eye for design and people skills. Be aware of the people that are good at everything but great at nothing.
