In the car today I heard a great song that reminded me of all the days I spent sitting at the piano next to my Pappy pounding out chord after chord on my Nana's piano. Though he always pretended to be annoyed by the loud sound that made it impossible for him to watch his favorite shows, I secretly knew he loved the days that I serenaded him with my music. As I listened to this song and fell in love with this artist's voice and style, her piano made me want to go back to the days of pretend fighting over the tune of the piano with my Pappy.
